1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 4b99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 4b99 website at https://4b99.club and all associated services, games, features, and content available through it.

By accessing the 4b99 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 2.2 Age Verification

Where 4b99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period in which the player was underage may be voided and forfeited. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active 4b99 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Any bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited.
• The original account may also be subject to review and potential suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 4b99 immediately at [email protected].

4b99 will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by any other person using your credentials with or without your consent, is your responsibility.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4b99 may require identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal request. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, proof of address, or documentation related to your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal processing delays.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 4b99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 4b99 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be added or removed at 4b99's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your 4b99 account balance following confirmation from the payment provider. Most deposits are processed instantly.
• 4b99 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used to deposit must belong to and be registered in the name of the 4b99 account holder.
• 4b99 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same mobile wallet account used to make the corresponding deposit. 4b99 does not send withdrawals to accounts other than the originating deposit source.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad during support operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Processing times outside these hours may be longer.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. 4b99 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on any withdrawal request.
• 4b99 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Responsible Use of Funds

Players are encouraged to deposit only amounts they can afford to lose. 4b99 provides deposit limit tools within the account dashboard to assist players in managing their spend. 5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4b99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between this section and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be approved in relation to those funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party payment methods, or employing low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• 4b99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reverse bonus credits where eligibility conditions are not met.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not utilised within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Promotional Amendments

4b99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed a bonus, 4b99 will honour any legitimate bonus credits already awarded, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using 4b99, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4b99 platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to place wagers or extract winnings under abnormal conditions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live casino games.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Facilitating any third party's use of your account, including sharing credentials for commercial purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the 4b99 platform without authorisation.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where 4b99 determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, 4b99 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the player's account.
• Voiding and forfeiting any bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings associated with the prohibited activity.
• Withholding any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.
• Reporting the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Either you or 4b99 may initiate the closure of your account. The process and implications differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 4b99 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. If you are requesting account closure as a responsible gaming measure, please indicate this when contacting support so that the appropriate self-exclusion procedures can be applied.

7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

4b99 may suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification when requested.
• Violation of responsible gaming protocols (e.g., player identified as at-risk).
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined by 4b99's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed by 4b99 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 4b99 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will be preserved for the account holder to reclaim upon re-activation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4b99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity.
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity interruptions beyond 4b99's reasonable control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Inaccuracies in odds, prices, or game outcomes attributable to data provider errors that are promptly corrected upon discovery.

8.1 No Warranty

The 4b99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 4b99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. 4b99 does not guarantee that any particular game will be available at any specific time.

8.2 Force Majeure

4b99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.

8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the specific terms applicable to any promotion you participate in, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4b99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
